I’ve started teaching my son how to identify colors using flashcards. Flash cards are a great educational resource. They’re large, bright, and colorful and have a very simple focus task that allows babies and toddlers to concentrate on what you’re saying and correlate simple words with real things.

Instructions:
- Print the Free Flash Cards from the PDF download.
- Laminate each sheet of A4 (4 flash cards).
- Cut out the laminated flash cards (using scissors or a paper slice)
- Re-feed the individual flash cards through the machine to seal the edges (you don’t need to use another pouch!)
To make your flash cards extra strong you can also attach them to card before laminating them, but I find standard printer paper just fine and if any of them get damaged in the future, you can always go for a re-print.
